We love trying new things. And we aren’t afraid to fail.
Many of us at Vintage have come from church backgrounds where there was a palpable fear of change. “We’ve never done it that way before” was the de facto church slogan. Not wanting to perpetuate that approach to church, we’ve decided to embrace the reality that things do change – whether we like it or not.
For us, to be experimental means that we are willing to take risks. It means that we are not driven by programs. It means that we’re constantly looking for new ways to worship, to connect, and to express our faith.
Being an experimental community means that we don’t look like we did when we got started. And, it’s very likely that someday in the future, we’ll look back and realize that we don’t look like we do right now.
